ALL PRODUCTS FROM R&S 3D CREATIONS ARE FINAL SALE.

**R&S 3D Creations products are a final sale. Please make note before purchasing.**

We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
​
Please return all items in new condition, unused or un-damaged within 14 days with a recommended tracking #.
​
​Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.
​
​All sale items are final and non-refundable.
​
​Please note, custom orders are non-refundable as they are made specifically for you.

Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise.

You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise minus shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.
Cancellations

If you do decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us within 12 Hours of placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 3-5 business days.

Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at R&S 3D Creations. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
**Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.**
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
R&S 3D Creations ships to addresses within the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
R&S 3D Creations is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
R&S 3D Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
